Developing a business, as well as its teams and individuals, has a lot in common with mountaineering:

My mission is to help you identify your comfort zone and guide you through the change process, meaning that you leave and expand your comfort zone without losing the necessary level of control.

My name is Martin Greilinger and during the past 15 years of my career, I have gained a wide range of experience, including leadership in different constellations, such as line- and matrix organizations and in project management. In addition, I have mastered the challenge of successfully founding a corporate start-up.
